I am so happy with Brookshire Yeager and how they take such good care of the children. I can tell all the teachers love the kids and care about them. My 3 year old son loves Brookshire and all of his teachers! He always gives them a hug and tells me how he likes his teachers and has so much fun at school.

If you truly care about your child’s safety and happiness, I strongly recommend not relying only on what you are told during drop-off and pick-up times. Everything may appear normal in those moments, but that does not always reflect what happens throughout the day.
Please consider visiting unexpectedly and observing the classroom for yourself.
I am sharing something I personally witnessed — not something I heard from someone else.
My child was sitting on a small table when a staff member suddenly grabbed him by his clothing and pulled him down in an angry manner. During this incident, his body hit nearby tables and chairs. Another staff member was present and did not intervene. I had to immediately enter the classroom myself to pick up my child.
What is even more concerning is the incident report I later received. It does not accurately reflect what I witnessed and contains basic and critical errors — including incorrect gender, missing or incorrect age, and inaccurate dates. When even the most fundamental information is wrong, it raises serious concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the entire report.
I was later informed that the staff member involved is no longer working there, and on that day, my child’s regular teacher was not present.
At this time, I am continuing enrollment only because his main teacher has been kind, attentive, and caring. However, based on what I personally witnessed, I cannot confidently say that every child is always safe.
Please do not rely only on appearances — go and see for yourself.

Highly recommend Brookshire Yeager campus! We made a tough decision to transition from a previous provider to Brookshire about 6 months ago. Misty provided us with a tour of the center and has been absolutely amazing since then. We now have two children in the center within different classrooms.
Between the prompt communication, updates, and meal prep we are provided with everything we could ask for. One of our boys has a dairy intolerance and this center handles that amazingly.
We would highly recommend this center to anyone, especially with a newborn. Misty and the teachers are all amazing!

My son loves his teachers and he seems to be learning things quickly. He is very well taken care of and the teacher know and notice different needs for the kids.

I was afraid to send my daughter to daycare when I went back to work but Brookshire has been a HUGE blessing to my family. I could not have asked for a better place. Misty and the staff are amazing with our daughter. I love all the communication I receive throughout the day with the app. I am notified when my daughter eats, has a diaper change, etc. I love the videos and pictures that are sent throughout the day. I have peace of mind leaving my daughter here knowing she is getting great care and developmental support. I also find that Brookshire is more affordable than other places while also providing the same quality of service as some other places in town, if not better. I highly recommend Brookshire on Yeager. I have no complaints!

We were very hesitant to move our 3-year-old from in-home care (where he basically was part of their family) to a daycare facility due to a rare health condition and being nonverbal and anxious with change. From the first tour, we were amazed - the director had personal experience with his condition and trained all staff on how to handle it. Every teacher we spoke with knew exactly what to do, which gave us so much peace of mind.
In just five months, our son has blossomed. He’s started communicating far more, chose to potty train with his friend at daycare, and loves going every day - now every teacher he sees when we leave for the day has to pause so he can give them a hug. The entire staff is wonderful...his teachers are warm and attentive and the front desk staff greets us with updates on his day and lets us know where his class is when we arrive for pickup.
Communication is top notch, especially when something unpleasant happens. They’re always proactive in explaining what occurred, how it was handled, and how he’s doing afterward. The director has also gone above and beyond to help us find resources and guidance to support his speech therapy progress.
This daycare has been a true blessing and is ran by passionate people who genuinely care. We couldn’t recommend them more!

My kids have been going here for almost 5 months and we absolutely love it! They love playing with their friends and interacting with their teachers. They have so many things to do to keep the kids engaged and I love it. The director, Misty, has done nothing but welcome my family and made us feel so welcome!

First time new mom here who also loves her career. Going back to work I had so many emotions as I didn't know it was possible to love a tiny human so much. Brookshire has been wonderful for my daughter who just started at 9 weeks. Miss Patience/Cassie/Hope and the directors snuggle and love on my daughter. I can tell the teachers work with her to help her reach her milestones every day! They are invested in her success. She is thriving so far. The application they use for communication is extremely helpful for planning and collaborating with her teachers as well. The updates and photos throughout the day have been instrumental in putting my mind at ease to go back to work.
